Shareholders in BE Group AB (publ) are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 13 May 2009, at 4.00 p.m., in the premises of Luftkastellet, Utsiktsvägen 10, Limhamn, Malmö.
Attendance must be notified no later than Thursday 7 May 2009, preferably before 12.00 a.m.
As evident from notice, inter alia the following proposals are submitted regarding matters at the Meeting:
- Board of Directors has proposed that a dividend of SEK 1,00 per share be declared.
- Re-election of the board members Roger Bergqvist, Cecilia Edström, Joakim Karlsson, Lars Olof Nilsson, Carl-Erik Ridderstråle and Lars Spongberg. Carl-Erik Ridderstråle is proposed for re-election as Chairman of the Board.
- Roger Johansson is proposed as a new member of the Board. Roger Johansson, who is forty-three years old and a graduate in Business Administration, is since 2007 Business Area President of Trelleborg Automotive. Prior to this he has held several leading positions within the General Motors Group.
- Determination of guidelines for remuneration to senior executives.
- Proposals for resolution on the implementation of a new share savings scheme for key employees in BE Group. Details can be found in the attached notice.
